The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing budgets for various construction projects. xijylhu The role will include collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy in estimating, analyzing project specifications, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the estimation process. Qualifications Expertise in Construction Estimating and preparation of Quantity Take-offsProficiency in Budgeting and Cost ManagementStrong written and verbal Communication skillsExperience with construction software tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of local building codes and regulations is advantageous
