We are seeking a Construction Automation Specialist to support BIM data integration, automation, and model based reporting across project teams. This role is hands on, technical, and focused on iConstruct Data Links, BIMFlows, model based reporting, and Work Packaging through the Control Panel.Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain iConstruct Data Links to support reliable bi directional model dataDesign and optimize BIMFlows to automate validation, data population, and quality checksProduce model data reports and dashboards that support project and business decisionsCollaborate with BIM, engineering, construction, and digital delivery teams to improve data standards and workflowsSupport construction automation tools and processes across assigned projectsAssist with work packaging development using model based dataJob RequirementsProven experience using iConstruct Pro in a production environmentStrong skills in Data Links, BIMFlow development, model reporting, and Work Packaging (Control Panel)Solid understanding of BIM tools including Revit and NavisworksAbility to work with large, complex models with strong attention to detailAnalytical mindset with strong problem solving skills xijylhu High school diploma or GED requiredOther Job RequirementsAbility to collaborate with multi discipline project teamsAbility to support construction in the field or remote as neededStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to meet project deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large or complex projects
