We represent leading HVAC manufacturers and are known for technical expertise, reliability, and strong customer relationships.Position SummaryStephany Associates is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Project Coordinator to join our Pittsburgh office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing customer relationships while coordinating with manufacturers and internal team members to keep projects moving.The right person will support the sales process from initial inquiry through project execution. This includes handling customer communication, preparing quotes and submittal-related information, following up on leads and open opportunities, supporting account management efforts, and helping ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day communication with customers, manufacturers, and internal team membersSupport the sales team by preparing quotes, budgets, and product selectionsFollow up on customer inquiries, open quotes, and active opportunitiesMaintain and grow relationships with existing accountsHelp generate and qualify new business opportunitiesCoordinate with manufacturers to track lead times, pricing, submittals, and order statusEnsure accurate and timely project communication from bid stage through closeoutMaintain organized records in CRM and other internal systemsAssist in resolving customer issues quickly and professionallyWork closely with outside sales and leadership to support business growth and customer satisfactionQualificationsExperience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or project coordinationStrong communication and follow-up skillsProven xijylhu ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and accuracyAbility to work well with internal teams, customers, and manufacturer partnersExperience with CRM systems and sales tracking toolsFamiliarity with HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, or technical products is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferredWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and proactiveA strong communicator who can build trust with customers and partnersA person who can keep projects and opportunities moving without constant supervision
