Electrical Superintendent

We are partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify a Superintendent who can take ownership of complex, large-scale electrical multi-family construction projects. This role is responsible for driving field execution, leading crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in building strong teams, and knows how to keep projects moving forward.What You'll Be Responsible For:Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from mobilization through completionChampion jobsite safety and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulationsOversee daily field operations including manpower planning, material coordination, and equipment needsTrack project progress, productivity, and costs, adjusting as needed to stay aligned with schedule and budgetCoordinate closely with project management, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues in real timeManage field documentation including daily reports, labor tracking, and material usageDrive project schedules and logistics, ensuring milestones are metSupervise, mentor, and develop field teams, typically overseeing crews of 10-20+ electriciansStep in to support field work when needed and lead by example on the jobsitePartner with internal teams such as procurement, prefabrication, and accounting to support project executionWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in electrical construction with strong field leadership experience, multi-family project experience preferredProven ability to successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budgetSolid understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and construction sequencingStrong knowledge of applicable building codes and safety standardsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities xijylhu in a fast-paced environmentEffective communicator who can lead teams and collaborate across departmentsProficiency with basic construction and office software toolsPreferred:Journeyman certification or equivalent field experienceOSHA 30 certificationWhy This OpportunityStrong pipeline of large, complex electrical projectsOpportunity to lead impactful work in a growing marketTeam-oriented environment with a focus on quality and executionClear path for growth and long-term stabilityPay range $130,000k-$190,000k+, depending on experience
