This is a full time, on site role in Chicago with responsibility across the full lifecycle of development and construction.This role is hands on. You will be on site, managing subcontractors, driving schedules, coordinating inspections, and pushing projects forward day to day. You will work directly with ownership and a lean internal team, so the ability to take ownership and operate independently is critical.What we are looking for:Experience managing ground up multifamily or condo projects in Chicago, ideally 10 units or moreAbility to run a project from budgeting xijylhu and buyout through closeoutComfort working in a lean environment without layers of supportStrong field presence and problem solving mindsetExperience with high end finishes and buyer customization is a plusBackground in mixed or non union construction environments
