The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and directing all field aspects of the construction project, managing the schedule, ensuring quality control, overseeing construction safety, coordinating with subcontractors and communicating with all stakeholders as needed.QualificationsSupervisory skills, including leading and managing a construction teamExperience in commercial construction and understanding of construction processes and materialsAbility to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standardsKnowledge of construction safety practices and regulationsExperience with budgeting and cost managementEffective communication skills with clients, architects, xijylhu project managers, and construction personnelBasic computer skills and proficiency with construction management softwareBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or similar roleOSHA 30-hour certification preferredExperience with green construction practices and LEED certification preferred
