Our client, a well-established and growing electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of assigned projects across its divisions.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.This individual will report directly to the Division Manager and be responsible for ensuring projects meet or exceed safety, profitability, production, and quality goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and oversight to jobsite supervision teamsEnsure compliance with project plans and specificationsNegotiate pricing, terms, scopes, and subcontract agreementsLead monthly cost reporting and monitor financial performanceCoordinate manpower, materials, tooling, and equipment needsEnsure adherence to company and project-specific safety policiesMonitor installation quality and productivity performanceEvaluate employees and provide performance coaching and feedbackSupport company safety and HR policies and proceduresQualificationsMinimum 5 years of electrical experienceMinimum 7 years of construction leadership experience xijylhu Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical theoryAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience developing and managing construction schedulesProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software (e.g., Spectrum, Accubid, Bluebeam)Experience with Data Center Construction Project Management
