The candidate will lead the design and execution of 3-10 diverse architectural projects at a time from initial concept through construction administration. As a Licensed Architect/Project Manager, they will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that align with client goals and comply with all regulatory standards. Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements. Work includes educational, municipal, state, federal, financial, and commercial facilities projects. This is a hybrid work environment. Office is located in Richmond VA with the ability for work from home Monday and Friday. Full time hours with core work hours of 9am-4pm giving employees the flexibility to adjust their hours outside of the core period to fit their schedule.
