LHH is seeking an experienced Retail Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day"‘to"‘day operations and financial performance of a portfolio of grocery"‘anchored and shopping center properties. This position works closely with internal partners across leasing, accounting, construction, and finance, as well as with third"‘party vendors. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office presence and regular site visits.Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operational and financial performance of a portfolio of retail commercial propertiesConduct regular site inspections to ensure properties meet operational, safety, and presentation standardsManage third"‘party vendors, including maintenance, landscaping, roofing, and specialty services; hold vendors accountable to service levels and budgetsPrepare and manage annual operating budgets and capital expenditure (CapEx) plans, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysisCoordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projectsPartner with internal teams such as leasing, accounting, construction, and finance to support property initiativesMaintain strong relationships with tenants and respond effectively to operational needs and issuesEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsSupervise and support a Property Assistant who assists with administrative and operational tasksTravel regularly within the region to visit properties (limited overnight travel may be required)Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing retail commercial properties. Strong understanding of commercial facilities and building systems, including maintenance best practicesProven experience preparing and managing property budgets and CapEx plansDemonstrated ability to manage vendors and service providers effectivelySolid financial acumen with experience reviewing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing budgetsBachelor's degree or equivalent xijylhu relevant work experienceProfessional designations such as CPM, CSM, or CCIM are preferredProficiency with property management systems (experience with enterprise"‘level platforms preferred)Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including budgeting, reporting, pivot tables, and vlookup functionsComfort working with multiple systems and technology tools related to property operations and financeHands"‘on, self"‘directed, and comfortable working independentlyStrong organizational and time"‘management skillsEffective communicator with the ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teamsConfident decision"‘maker who can balance collaboration with accountabilityComfortable being in the field and managing multiple priorities across locations
