This role will be responsible for managing project financial performance, maintaining strong owner relationships, and coordinating closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle management of major electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover Maintain overall responsibility for project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and risk managementManage owner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and issue resolutionOversee contract management, change order negotiation, and subcontractor and vendor performancePartner with field leadership to align schedule, manpower planning, and project execution strategyLead project buyout strategy and procurement planning for major equipment and subcontract scopesReview and approve project schedules, budgets, and project execution plansIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect cost and scheduleSupport business development efforts, including client relationship building and pursuit strategy input xijylhu Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and emerging leadersQualifications:10+ years of electrical construction project management experienceExperience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure electrical projectsStrong knowledge of construction contracts, project financials, and cost control processesProven track record managing large project budgets and complex client relationshipsStrong leadership and team development experienceExperience with construction management software and scheduling platforms preferred
