Position OverviewThe Franchise Launch Manager is responsible for guiding new Franchise Partners through their first 90 days following agreement execution and in-person training. This role ensures that each franchisee is operationally prepared, fully trained on core systems, aligned with financial expectations, and successfully supported through their initial launch period.This is a high-impact operational role focused on structured onboarding, system implementation, early financial discipline, process adherence, and performance management. The Franchise Launch Manager plays a critical role in protecting the brand, reinforcing company standards, and delivering the 76 FENCE White Glove experience from day one.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000Key Responsibilities:Pre-Training Onboarding• Lead structured onboarding process immediately following agreement execution• Set up and train Franchise Partners on all core systems including CRM, operations platform, communication tools, and required vendor relationships• Establish and review initial Budget Planner with each Franchise Partner• Educate Franchise Partners on operational expectations, brand standards, financial discipline, and core business requirements• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure progress, accountability, and deadline completion• Verify operational readiness prior to in-person trainingPost-Training Launch Support (First 60 Days)• Execute structured Month 1 and Month 2 support cadence, including daily check-ins, weekly pulse meetings, and in-depth focus meetings• Monitor BOS system usage and ensure operational compliance• Review financial performance, billing processes, and alignment to Budget Planner• Verify job follow-up procedures and payment collection processes• Support Franchise Partners through their first sold jobs, reinforcing training concepts and process discipline• Identify early operational challenges and provide solutions to ensure momentumPerformance and Accountability• Track and report launch-phase KPIs including revenue milestones, system utilization, process adherence, and financial alignment• Maintain detailed documentation of Franchise Partner progress• Escalate operational concerns to VP, Operations when necessary• Reinforce 76 FENCE core values and White Glove service standards in every interaction• Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding systems, tools, and processesQualifications• Experience in franchise operations, multi-unit operations, or structured onboarding environments• Strong operational and financial acumen• High technical and software proficiency, with ability to quickly master and teach multiple platforms• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline• Strong accountability mindset with ability to drive deadlines and enforce structure• Comfortable leading virtual and in-person meetingsCore Competencies• Process-driven and highly organized• Financially disciplined• Strong communicator with executive presence• Innovative thinker committed to continuously enhancing the 76 FENCE White Glove experienceAligned with 76 FENCE core valuesYou MatterWe are TransparentWe are EthicalWe are DiligentWe are InnovativeSuccess in This Role Looks Like• Franchise Partners launch on time and fully operational• Systems are properly implemented and utilized from day one• Budget Planner is established and followed• First jobs are executed according to brand standards• Early billing and payment processes are accurate and timely• Franchisees demonstrate operational confidence and process adherence by Day 60About 76 FENCE76 FENCE is committed to delivering high-quality fence installations with a White Glove customer experience. xijylhu We are building a structured, process-driven franchise system designed to support Franchise Partners at every stage of growth.
