The branch services a predominantly Class A commercial portfolio (office, medical, retail, industrial) with an expanding multifamily and municipal footprint, and is entering a critical phase of cultural stabilization and operational refinement.The Branch Manager will own day-to-day operations, people leadership, and financial performance, serving as the cultural and operational "glue" of the branch.
