(NYSE: NPKI) is the only site access solutions partner to manufacture and rent industry-leading sustainable composite matting , along with a full suite of services including planning, logistics, and remediation - so you can protect your people, the environment, and your bottom line.Job SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) supports the Manager, FP&A in delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support across business operations, including rental and service operations, manufacturing, and product sales. This role is responsible for preparing detailed financial analyses, developing models, and producing management reporting that enables operational and executive leadership to understand performance drivers, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions.The Senior Financial Analyst partners closely with operational leaders, accounting, and cross-functional teams to analyze financial results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to influence business outcomes through data-driven insights and continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple business linesBuild and maintain financial models supporting revenue, cost, utilization, capacity, and margin analysisPrepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecastAnalyze KPIs such as profitability, utilization, manufacturing variances, pricing, and overhead absorptionPartner with operations, sales, supply chain, and accounting to provide actionable financial insightsSupport capital investment analysis, ROI modeling, and strategic initiatives (including M&A support as needed)Assist with monthly close activities, accruals, and journal entriesContribute to process improvement, reporting automation, and system enhancementsEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field4-7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experienceExperience in manufacturing, services, rental, or asset-intensive environments preferredStrong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skillsFamiliarity with ERP and financial planning systemsEffective communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance partnersCPA, CMA, or MBA a plusAdditional Details:Benefits eligible on the first day of employmentGenerous paid time off (PTO)Competitive market salary 401(k) employee contributions and employer matchingEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)WHY JOIN NPK?One of NPK's Core Values is Excellence.
