A well-established commercial General Contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their team in the Philadelphia area. The company has a strong pipeline of projects and specializes in K-12 and healthcare construction, with project sizes ranging from $5M-$150M.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projectsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate pricingSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposalsAssist with scope reviews, bid leveling, and project handoff to operationsSupport projects delivered through GMP and Lump Sum contractsQualificationsExperience estimating commercial construction projectsK-12 and/or healthcare project experience preferredStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with xijylhu subcontractors and internal teamsAdditional DetailsProject Types: K-12 and HealthcareProject Size: $5M - $150MDelivery Methods: GMP & Lump SumSchedule: Primarily onsite (5 days/week) with flexibility once established.
