This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop schedules, phasing, and project lookaheadsMonitor progress, budgets, and material/equipment needsSupervise field staff and coordinate subcontractorsEnsure job site safety, quality, and complianceCommunicate project updates and resolve on-site issuesQualifications:Previous Superintendent experience or similar field role xijylhu Union or non-union eligible; OSHA 30 requiredConstruction Management or Engineering education preferredProficient with MS Office and construction softwareStrong leadership and organizational skillsBEAR Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
