With a growing presence in the California market and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the company is known for delivering complex developments through a collaborative, hands-on approach to construction management.They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to join their Bay Area operations, playing a key role in leading the delivery of major mixed-use developments across the region.This position will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, managing project teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery across schedule, budget, and quality expectations.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration• Manage project teams including superintendents, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants• Monitor project financial performance and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project delivery goals• Work closely with preconstruction teams during early project phasesRequirements:• Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use developments• Strong background managing complex ground-up projects with reputable general contractors xijylhu • Experience leading project teams and managing multiple stakeholders• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through final delivery• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCompensation:• Base Salary: $200k - $250k• Performance Bonus• 401k• Auto Allowance• Comprehensive Benefits PackageThis is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to join a nationally respected contractor delivering complex mixed-use developments across the Bay Area.
