The Vice President will work directly with Plant Managers and other groups to drive operational efficiencies and consistency in implementing lean methodologies.Developing a strategy to enhance the client's capabilities and aligning them with the strategic plan while ensuring adherence to the corporate Operating Model is crucial.The role also includes reviewing financial progress and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve objectives.Empowering employees through continuous improvement programs and fostering a culture of collaborative problem-solving are essential responsibilities.Ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability systems and developing long-term plans to promote growth and profitability are important aspects of the position.
