About the Role Our client is seeking a highly technical Estimator to support a growing division focused on pre-engineered metal building projects. This individual will play a critical role in driving accurate, timely, and competitive bids, partnering closely with leadership to support continued expansion. This is a primarily office-based position, ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, numbers-driven environment and enjoys owning the estimating process from start to finish. This role will work directly alongside division leadership, acting as a key contributor in pricing strategy and bid execution while supporting a team that is scaling rapidly in both project volume and revenue. What You'll Be Doing • Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects, with a focus on metal building systems • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate and competitive bids • Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, and cost analysis across multiple project scopes • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and budgets • Support bid submissions and maintain strong documentation and reporting processes • Assist in evaluating subcontractor bids and vendor pricing • Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools What Our Partner is Looking For • Strong technical estimating background within commercial construction • Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings highly preferred • Ability to work independently and produce accurate estimates in a xijylhu fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail with a numbers-driven mindset • Familiarity with both public and private sector projects is a plus • Understanding of California construction market and cost structures preferred • Reliable, organized, and able to act as a key support partner to leadership What Our Partner Offers • Competitive compensation depending on experience and level • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate • Long-term growth opportunity within a stable and expanding division • Strong leadership team with clear vision and project pipeline • Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-growth segment of the business
