We are partnering with a top national electrical contractors in the United States to hire a Project Manager supporting mission critical and hyperscale data center projects in the Greater Milwaukee area. About the Role This role is responsible for delivering electrical projects across large-scale data centers and mission critical facilities. You will manage electrical scope from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, collaborating closely with superintendents, field teams, general contractors, owners, and commissioning teams. The work is highly technical and fast paced, requiring a proven understanding of electrical contracting, sequencing, and reliability in zero downtime environments. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical project execution for mission critical data center projects Manage electrical scope including MV and LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, grounding, and redundancy systems Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change management Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient execution Partner with commissioning teams to support IST, FPT, and system turnover readiness Maintain strong client and GC relationships and uphold quality and safety standards What We Are Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in mission critical or hyperscale data centers Strong background with an electrical contractor is preferred Direct experience managing MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, and generator systems Knowledge of sequencing, critical path, and commissioning for mission critical xijylhu projects Comfortable working onsite in Atlanta and traveling to nearby project sites as needed Why This Role Work with a leading national electrical contractor on high-profile mission critical projects Opportunity to expand technical and leadership experience in hyperscale data center environments Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities If you are an Electrical Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of mission critical or hyperscale data center experience and are ready to lead projects with a top national contractor, we want to hear from you.
