This is an in-house position with minimal field work, supporting a wide range of commercial and industrial roofing projects.Position Overview:The Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, including take-offs, material lists, labor costing, and pricing analysis. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales team and field technicians to develop and finalize project scopes.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed take-offs and prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial roofing projectsDevelop material lists, labor calculations, and pricing reviewsCollaborate with sales and operations teams to define project scope and ensure accuracyAnalyze project specifications and drawings to produce competitive bidsUtilize estimating software to improve efficiency and accuracyQualifications:Solid experience estimating commercial roofing projectsKnowledge of roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and metalProficiency with estimating/takeoff software such as RoofCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsCompensation & Benefits:Base salary up to $150,000, depending on experienceRelocation assistance availableMedical, dental, and vision insurance (company covers 50% of premiums, increasing up to 80% with tenure)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company-recognized holidaysThis organization offers a stable, long-term career opportunity within a growing company known for its strong culture and commitment to employee development. xijylhu For more information or to be considered, please apply or reach out directly to discuss the opportunity.
