They take full ownership of the jobsite, leading teams, aligning trades, and ensuring every phase of the project is delivered with precision and intent. This role requires a leader who can see the big picture while managing the details, someone who sets the tone in the field, builds trust with trade partners, and holds the line on schedule, safety, and quality.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the project schedule, including planning, sequencing, and measuring trade performanceLead daily field operations with a focus on accountability, coordination, and executionChampion site safety through proactive planning, enforcement, and culture-buildingOversee quality control and ensure work is installed as intendedFacilitate constructability reviews and identify risks earlyLead trade partner coordination and maintain strong working relationshipsManage procurement coordination and long-lead trackingConduct pre-task planning and daily huddles to align teamsMaintain accurate daily reports and documentationOversee site logistics, inspections, and material verificationEnsure complete and accurate as-built documentationLeadership Expectations:Lead from the front and set the standard for professionalism, urgency, and accountabilityCommunicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders, from trades to ownershipCreate alignment across teams and drive results through othersAnticipate challenges and solve problems before they impact the projectBuild a strong jobsite culture rooted in respect, safety, and performanceQualifications: The ideal candidate brings strong construction knowledge, advanced plan-reading ability, and a deep understanding of how projects come together in the field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Our Superintendents are often the primary face of Tideline in the field.
