We're bringing on a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of active projects in San Diego. These are vertical builds with a lot happening at once, so staying organized, thinking ahead, and keeping teams aligned day to day really matters.You'll be working directly with subcontractors and internal teams making sure schedules hold and the job keeps moving without losing momentum. It's a hands-on role, but one where you're trusted to run your projects the way you know works.Key Responsibilities• Lead project execution from early planning through final turnover on high-rise and multi-family developments• Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting across all phases of the project• Work closely with field teams to maintain schedule, sequencing, and overall construction progress• Run owner and stakeholder meetings, keeping communication clear and consistent• Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, and procurement specific to multi-trade, vertical builds• Support and mentor project engineers and junior staff throughout the project lifecycleExperience• Stable work history with established commercial General Contractors• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract management in large-scale builds• Ability to lead teams and keep complex projects organized and moving forward• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredThe role is based in San Diego, but if you're coming from nearby areas like Chula Vista, Oceanside, Escondido, Carlsbad, El Cajon, La Mesa, or beyond, we'd still like to connect.If interested- please apply here.
