Job Description

We're looking to add a Senior Project Engineer to support our healthcare and tenant improvement projects across the Bay Area.Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.You'll be in a position where you'll help keep the job running the way it should. That means staying on top of what's happening across the project and making sure the right people have what they need when they need it. A lot of this work takes place in active healthcare settings, so timing and awareness of the environment matter just as much as the construction itself. You won't just be supporting from the background or pushing paperwork. You'll be trusted with real responsibility, pulled into the conversations that shape the project, and given the space to start thinking and operating more like a Project Manager.Main Responsibilities• Support execution of healthcare and TI projects from precon through closeout• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation with accuracy and consistency• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change management• Coordinate with field teams to maintain schedule, especially within active or phased environments• Work with subcontractors on scopes, procurement, and day-to-day coordination• Help ensure compliance with healthcare project requirements, including OSHPD/HCAI where applicable• Participate in project and owner meetings, helping keep communication clear and organizedExperience• Stable work history with a reputable commercial General Contractor• Experience supporting healthcare and/or tenant improvement (TI) projects• Familiarity with OSHPD/HCAI or regulated healthcare construction environments is preferred• Strong understanding of project documentation, coordination, and cost tracking• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredThis position is centered in the Bay Area, covering the general flow between San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Berkeley, Fremont, Palo Alto, San Mateo, and Redwood City.If interested- please apply here.
