OverviewInsight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide overall management direction for multiple large"‘scale commercial and mission"‘critical construction projects. This role is responsible for establishing project objectives, maintaining client relationships, overseeing construction and financial performance, and carrying direct profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects.This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned construction project manager who excels in complex, high"‘dollar environments, can effectively coordinate across preconstruction, field operations, and executive leadership, and is comfortable owning projects from early design through final closeout.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.What You'll DoProvide overall management direction for multiple commercial or mission"‘critical construction projectsAssess contracts for risk evaluation and provide written input during the estimating phaseReview potential subcontractor and supplier lists and participate in subcontractor selection processesAssist Preconstruction leadership in developing detailed scopes of work prior to initial client estimatesCollaborate with Project Superintendents to develop and maintain construction schedulesAttend and actively participate in preconstruction, owner, and architect design meetingsReview construction documents and submit clarification questions to the lead estimatorManage the RFI process and work closely with field leadership throughout constructionOversee all change order activity, including estimating, negotiation, submission, and approvalRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or xijylhu a related field5-8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager on commercial or mission"‘critical construction projectsDemonstrated experience managing projects valued at $25M-$100M+Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeoutProficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction scheduling toolsExposure to Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software preferredNice to HaveExperience managing Federal construction projects, including USACE, NAVFAC, AFBs, or MILCON programs
