Focus on drainage, grading, detention, andfull site planning with direct interaction with Texas municipalities.Key Responsibilities- Site plans, grading, drainage, utilities- Detention/retention pond design, H&H analysis- Permitting (Austin, Houston, Travis County, Harris County, Dallas)- TIA coordination- Respond to review comments- Construction support (RFIs, submittals)Qualifications - PE- Texas PE license- 5-10+ years site development experience- Strong drainage, grading, detention design- Experience with Texas municipalities (Austin, Houston, Dallas)- Civil 3D + H&H tools (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, etc.) xijylhu Alternate - EIT- FE/EIT required- 7-12+ years hands-on experience- Proven ability to produce full civil plans and get approvals- Path toward PEIdeal Candidate- Can own full project lifecycle- Strong in drainage/detention- Comfortable working directly with agencies- High accountability and execution speed
