As Property Manager, you will be working closely with the principals, maintenance, and accounting personnel to manage the full lifecycle of commercial property operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can handle a high volume of tasks, build strong tenant relationships, and take ownership of both routine and complex property management challenges.Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.Portfolio & OperationsOversee day-to-day operations of a 500,000+ SF commercial portfolio with 90+ tenantsConduct regular property inspections and coordinate corrective action with the maintenance teamManage vendor relationships, ensuring current certificates of insurance and all required documentation are on fileAssist with coordination and budget capital improvement and construction projects from scope through completionEnsure properties remain in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and lease obligationsLeasing & Tenant RelationsManage lease renewals, new tenant onboarding, and ongoing tenant communicationsServe as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and issue resolutionCoordinate lease abstracting and ensure key dates, obligations, and options are tracked and acted uponSupport negotiations and preparation of lease amendments, letters of intent, and related documentsFinancial & AdministrativeAssist the accounting department with monthly rent billing and accounts receivable follow-upProvide first-round approvals for vendor invoices and operating expensesSupport annual property budgeting and monthly variance reportingMaintain accurate records in Yardi Voyager, including lease data, work orders, and vendor filesManage administrative duties including correspondence, phone coverage, and document managementRequired Skills and Experience3+ xijylhu years of commercial property management experience requiredProficiency in Yardi Voyager or comparable real estate management softwareStrong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal and tenant communication skills; professional and service-orientedHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversightFamiliarity with commercial lease structures, NNN leases, and CAM reconciliation preferredBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
