Position Title: Asset Manager / Financial AnalystReports to: CEO, CFO and PresidentFLSA: ExemptDate Revised:  March 27, 2026Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Summary: Willco is seeking a talented candidate to join the firm as an Asset Manager/Financial Analyst. The position will be involved in all facets of Willco's acquisition, disposition, asset management, leasing, and development activities, and will work directly with company ownership, CEO, President and CFO.______________________________________________________________________________Essential Duties, Requirements, and Responsibilities:Asset Management:Maintain cash flow valuation models for all assets in the portfolio.Provide financial analysis on pricing / leasing strategies, renovation plans and other project and portfolio level ROI opportunities.Work with leasing team on prospective leases and renewals including preparing various analyses of proposed lease transactions.Analyze property-level financing/refinancings and work with lenders and equity sources.Update quarterly investor memos.Maintain and update Argus models for the company's portfolio.Assist with the development of annual budgets for portfolio on a property-by-property basis, including revenue assumptions and expense analysis. Work with accounting department to prepare property level reports as needed.Assist with Real Estate tax appeals and annual reporting.Preparation of other analysis as needed to support the property management and leasing teams.Analyze loan documents and maintain compliance requirements.Conduct or assist in Asset Management meetings.Other duties as assignedAcquisitions/Dispositions:Model potential acquisitions/dispositions/refinances in Argus & Excel.Analysis of potential transactions, including property-level financial statements, operating information, rent rolls, comparable property rents and sales, operating budgets and capital expenditure budgets.Management of the due diligence process including directing third party vendors and internal resources.Preparation and creation of investment memorandums and investor correspondence.Transition of completed acquisitions/dispositions/refinances to internal accounting and management teams.Track competitive assets, leasing comps, regional trends, development competition and overall market conditions.Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data.Conduct or assist investment committee meetings.Other duties as assigned________________________________________________________________________Qualifications:Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably in real estate, finance, accounting, or business administration. MBA or MRE candidate a plus.3 - 5 years of relevant real estate experience required.Superior quantitative/analytical skills and advanced proficiency in creating complex Argus and Excel models.Core financial and underwriting competency.Professional presentation and superior written and verbal communication skills.Passion for learning, focused attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Office and Industrial Experience a plus.Prior direct leasing experience a plus. Other Skills/Requirements: Dependability as a team member who ensures that team goals are met. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Self-Starter, able to work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment.
