Position OverviewIf the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.The Electrical Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, execution, and financial performance of multiple complex electrical construction projects. This role oversees large-scale commercial, industrial, data center, healthcare, and/or manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. The Senior Project Manager also plays a key role in client relationships, team leadership, and strategic project planning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutMaintain full P&L responsibility for assigned projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost controlDevelop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achievedEnsure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA regulations and company policiesProvide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teamsCollaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during bid and planning phasesManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contactConduct regular project meetings, progress reviews, and financial reportingIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project successDrive continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and team performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in electrical construction project managementProven experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+) in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical environmentsStrong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project delivery processesDemonstrated success in managing project financials and leading high-performing teamsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, MS Project etc.)Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience with data centers, healthcare facilities, or large industrial xijylhu projectsBackground working with top-tier electrical contractors or ENR-ranked firmsKnowledge of BIM/VDC coordination and integrated project delivery methodsPMP certification or equivalent (a plus)Key CompetenciesLeadership & Team DevelopmentFinancial AcumenStrategic Planning & ExecutionRisk ManagementClient Relationship ManagementProblem Solving & Decision MakingCompensation & Benefits (Typical)Competitive base salary ($160,000 - $200,000) + performance-based bonusVehicle allowance or company vehicleHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunities
