Consistent pipeline of ground-up builds up to $30M.Position Overview:Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across education, municipal, and defense sectors. You'll take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Manage all on-site construction activities from start to close-outCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and field staffDrive and maintain project schedules and milestonesEnforce safety standards and quality controlLead daily site meetings and reportingCollaborate closely with Project Managers and clientsRequirements:5+ years' experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionProven experience on ground-up projects xijylhu ($10M-$30M range)Background in municipal, education, or defense projects preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret plans/specsWhat's on Offer:$125K base + strong benefits packageLong-term pipeline with a highly stable GCOpportunity to work on high-profile public & defense projects
