Position available:Full-time: Monday- FridayBenefits For Full-Time Employees: Competitive pay10 days paid vacation5 holidays/ 5 sick days per yearMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits (eligible after 60 days)401K with a company match of up to 3% (eligible after 1 year & 1,000 hours)Employer paid life Insurance & accident insurance (eligible after 60 days)Essential Functions:Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clientsAssesses and monitors clients' behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency.Works as a team member with other professionalsParticipates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferencesConducts individual, family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relativesParticipates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agenciesPrepares verbal, written, and statistical reportsAttends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issuesOperates a personal computer and other office equipmentCommunicates effectively with others in person and over the telephoneAnalyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responsesPerform job duties under stressful conditionsMay be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilitiesEducation and minimum qualification:Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)Must possess a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.Have at minimum two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling.Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification.
