If you're interested in joining a team that empowers employees, clients, and partners to help them reach their goals, apply today!Compensation:$110,000+ at plan earnings with $40,000 baseResponsibilities:Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding itemsHandle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent serviceGather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperworkVerify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officerResponsible for meeting and connecting with clients on a daily basis to help them qualify for financing the purchase of a home.Powered by one of the most robust CRM's in the real estate industry.Have the ability to work closely with prospective clients and then hand it off to your assistant for gathering documentation to process the loan.Direct access to underwriting to help clients get approved for financing.Qualifications:College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clientsComputer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferredPossess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.MUST have your NMLS licenseAbout CompanyWe are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA, with collaboration partners across the United States.
