In this role, the SAP FICO Lead (Remote)will be responsible for providing incident, change request and enhancement support to customers, including processingAMS customer incidents, change requests, services requests, problems and changes.You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.Responsibilities:TheSAP FICO Lead (Remote)will be responsible for:Ensuringconsistent delivery of minor and major enhancements, project work including mini-projects, upgrades, roll-outs and other SAPFICOenhancement projectsEffectively usingand improvingmethodology approaches and supporting toolsProvidinglong term dedicated SAPFICOsupport to one or more Strategic AccountsMonitoringand processing AMS customer problems and changesProcessing and resolving work classified as Level 2 and 3 issuesProactive followingup of issues that are in customer actionEstablishing credibility and relationships with client decision makers, know their business, their industry, their culture, and their top prioritiesPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:5+ years of experience withSAPFICOproject implementation or production support in multiple modules /sub-modulesBachelors Degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical xijylhu Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.)Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP implementationsPrevious Leadership experience on SAP implementation projects or production supportExperience configuring multiple SAP modules OR experience across multiple industriesIntegration experience with other process areasDesired Skills:Master's DegreeRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
