This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the on-site leader, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities from ground-up through closeoutManage daily field operations, subcontractors, and site logisticsDevelop and maintain project schedules (look-ahead planning)Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA standardsConduct site meetings, coordinate trades, and resolve field issues in real timeMonitor quality control and ensure adherence to plans and specificationsCollaborate with the Project Manager on budgets, timelines, and change ordersMaintain accurate daily reports and site documentationEnforce jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety protocolsQualifications5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience with ground-up and/or interior build-out projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practicesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProven leadership experience managing subcontractors and field teams xijylhu Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat's OfferedCompetitive base salary + bonus structureVehicle allowance or company truckMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off + holidaysStrong project pipeline with local work (minimal travel)Clear path for advancement to Senior Superintendent
