The Manager of Software Development analyzes current technical and operational processes along with existing technology platforms. Responsible for organizing, planning and resolving issues influencing the successful completion of assigned projects. Possesses skills in negotiation, presentation, collaboration and relationship management to be able to develop solutions that meet the needs of the business while delivering high performing integrated solutions.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Manage multiple development groups and engage with many business units* Responsible for task prioritization and resource allocation.* Responsible for capital project planning, estimation, and forecasting.* Career path development for team members including gap analysis of team's strengths and weaknesses to determine areas for growth.* Support and maintenance budgeting.* Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs*Requirements:* *Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills and abilities: * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
