A New York City IT consulting firm, and Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking to add an Experienced Helpdesk Technician to its growing MSP team. This person will be working in our midtown office and remotely (with an understanding that timely visits to clients will be required Mon - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30PM), as well as onsite for weekly scheduled visits. Travel in and around New York City, as well as other Domestic travel, will be required.The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.The Ideal Candidate will have:* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and support required; Experience with M365 buildout/rollout/Migration preferred.* Strong Understanding of Microsoft Azure Administration and support required; Experience building servers in Azure preferred.* Strong understanding of network administration and support required; Experience with network setup/configuration preferred.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Attention to detail.* A desire to learn from experienced Sr. Technical staff.* The ability to work both independently, and within a team.* The ability to independently complete training/certification as requested.* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred. xijylhu * 4 or more years of experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral programWork Location: In person
