In this role, you will provide advanced desktop and endpoint support while serving as a technical escalation point and mentor for junior technicians. You will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of our end-user computing environment while helping improve IT support processes across the organization.What You'll Do* Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals* Act as a technical escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint issues* Manage workstation imaging, configuration, and lifecycle management* Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Group Policy* Maintain and monitor server backups and disaster recovery systems* Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls* Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes* Provide technical training and guidance to employees* Mentor junior IT technicians and promote best practices* Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support business technology needsWhat We're Looking For* 5+ years of IT support experience* Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience* Strong expertise supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments* Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management* Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)* Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions* Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plusKey Skills* Advanced troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving* Excellent communication and documentation skills* Strong organization and attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressureWhy Join OpenTech Alliance?At OpenTech Alliance, you'll join a collaborative IT team where your technical expertise directly supports business success.
