Our mission is to provide exceptional service and innovative technology solutions to our partners and their customers.*Job Description*Traversa Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Network and NAC Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in HPE Aruba ClearPass and or Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) NAC solutions and a solid background in LAN, routing and switching, WLAN, and overall network architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to design, implement, and deliver NAC-focused network solutions while providing technical leadership and support throughout the full project lifecycle.*Key Duties and Responsibilities** Design, implement, and support LAN, WLAN, and NAC solutions as a Subject Matter Expert* Adhere to and continuously improve Traversa's delivery methodology* Conduct technical discovery sessions, design workshops, develop proofs of concept with clients, and assist clients in transition to production.* Lead technical demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions* Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and project-specific deliverables* Provide pre-sales technical support and post-implementation customer assistance* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and technology partners* Stay current with industry trends and emerging network and security technologies* Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives* Deliver training and technical support to clients and internal teams* Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to create tailored, client-focused solutions*Technical Skills**Network Infrastructure and Security** Experience with wireless network deployments, including access points and controllers* Strong understanding of LAN and WLAN technologies* Proficiency with TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching* Experience with firewall platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point preferred*HPE Aruba ClearPass Expertise** Proven experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Aruba ClearPass and or Cisco ISE* Hands-on experience with 802.1X authentication for both wired and wireless networks, including:* EAP-PEAP/MSCHAPv2* EAP-TLS* Experience with MAC authentication and guest web portal authentication across multiple platforms and scenarios* Strong understanding of RADIUS and TACACS+ authentication, authorization, and accounting* Experience integrating ClearPass with third-party solutions such as MDM/EMM platforms, firewalls, and directory services*Integration and Endpoint Security** Integration of ClearPass/ISE with Active Directory and LDAP* Hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, AirWatch, or similar platforms* Understanding of PKI, certificate-based authentication, and SCEP for secure device onboarding* Familiarity with multi-vendor network environments supporting NAC solutions*Virtualization and Cloud/ Network Design and Troubleshooting** Experience deploying ClearPass/ISE servers in virtualized and cloud environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure* Ability to design and implement custom NAC policies based on security and business requirements* Strong troubleshooting skills for network access issues and authentication failures* Experience using packet analyzers such as Wireshark and other network diagnostic tools*Additional Experience Areas** Experience supporting or consulting on guest access, BYOD, and IoT authentication use cases* Policy enforcement based on device posture, compliance validation, and user roles*Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field* Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience supporting LAN, WLAN, and NAC solutions*Preferred Certifications** Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP) preferred* Implementing and Configuring Cisco Identity Services Engine (300-715 SISE) preferred* Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX)* Aruba Certified Design Associate (ACDA)* CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or related industry certifications are a plus*Soft Skills** xijylhu Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Excellent verbal, written,
