The ideal candidate has proven success providing Level 2-3 support, thrives in time-critical situations, and communicates effectively with traders, portfolio managers, and senior executives. This role is critical to ensuring desktop stability, supporting market data platforms, and driving end-user technology initiatives.*Key Responsibilities*/* Provide Level 2-3 end-user and trading floor support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations./* Deliver white-glove, VIP support to traders, portfolio managers, and executives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment./* Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, network, and connectivity issues under strict time constraints./* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in accordance with company standards./* Support and maintain market data applications including Bloomberg, Excel add-ins, and related trading tools./* Manage incidents and service requests through Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution./* Act as a liaison between end users, business units, and engineering teams to drive efficient issue resolution./* Support and administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, and endpoint management solutions including Intune and SCCM./* Administer collaboration and security tools such as Zoom, DUO, and AI productivity platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)./* Manage user onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and device lifecycle processes./* Participate in IT projects, pilot programs, and new technology rollouts to enhance user experience./* Maintain compliance with IT security standards, including patching, endpoint protection, and access controls./* Contribute to knowledge base documentation, process improvements, and weekly operational reporting./* Perform proactive system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization. xijylhu /* Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend support.Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* Bloomberg: 1 year (Required)Ability to Commute:* New York, NY 10167 (Required)Work Location: In person
