*Job Overview*Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Provide technical expertise and support in the implementation, support and maintenance of hardware and software to support Web Collaboration services, Windows Server, SQL Server solutions, the Windows suite of applications in general; applications supporting Web Collaboration for production and online meeting support including but not limited to, the following functions:· Web Collaboration software installation, configuration, upgrade, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. (e.g. Adobe Connect, Cisco WebEx, MS Lync, MS Windows 2008, MS SQL and Federated login)· Web Collaboration hardware installation, configuration, upgrade, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. (e.g. Blade servers, F5, firewall)· Provide primary and backup administration of enterprise multimedia and web collaboration systems to include system backup and restore, monitor and perform maintenance, license management, coordinate resolution with vendor, hosting and service provider.· Architect, develop enhancements, design, and perform system and sustained engineering activities that will contribute to the successful delivery of interactive Web Collaboration services online to include emerging technologies and trends in online web collaboration; perform and document business needs, justification and analysis.· Translate requirements into system design documents, operational procedures and user guides.· training pertaining to the needs of the diverse set of computer users supported by customer.· Live Web Collaboration conference support and monitoring.· Problem determination, including interfacing with customer Information technology specialists as necessary to isolate the causes of problems.· Problem resolution, break/fix situations, including dealing with software and hardware vendor technical support as needed.· System administration of web collaboration infrastructure: application servers, database servers, load-balancing system, storage and directory services.· Develop enhancements to web-collaboration applications.· Schedule virtual meetings, when required to support customers.· Create and manage user accounts. Communicate information to customers and sponsors.· Perform demonstrations.· Conduct instructor-led trainings.*VIDEO TELECONFERENCING SERVICES*Provide technical expertise and support in the implementation, support and maintenance of hardware and software to support Video Teleconferencing, Windows Server, the Windows suite of applications in general including but not limited to, the following functions:· Teleconferencing endpoint configuration (H.323/SIP/ISDN), implementation and integration.· Hardware certification and support (multimedia, teleconferencing).· System administration of the videoconferencing (VTC) infrastructure: MCU bridges, ISDN gateways, gatekeepers, management suites (Cisco VCS Control and Expressway , TMS and other reporting systems), and endpoints.· Video Teleconferencing software installation, configuration, upgrade, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.· Video Teleconferencing hardware installation, configuration, upgrade, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.· Translate requirements into system design documents, operational procedures and user guides.· Investigate emerging technologies.· Test new solutions and determine suitability for customer environment.· Deploy solutions that encourage adoption of video teleconferencing technologies.· Schedule events and communicate relevant information to participants (e.g., dial-in numbers).· Monitor conferences that are hosted on bridges. Responds to issues effecting quality.· Register endpoints to gatekeepers.· Troubleshoot firewall traversal problems.
