Programmer / Analyst OverviewNational consulting company has a full-time position open responsible for overseeing client and internal projects, with tasks including project planning, resource scheduling, and creating appropriate test scripts and scenarios. Position is full time and works directly with CUTEK team members, client representatives, and third party vendors. The position seeks to efficiently and successfully complete projects, fulfill company objectives and provide high levels of client service.If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.*Location: *CUTEK's San Antonio, TX or Escondido, CA offices (potential fully remote options)Essential Functions and Basic DutiesResponsible for creating project plans, scheduling, and test scripts.* Working with assigned resources, develop project plans to successfully complete projects within time, budget and expectations.* Review and oversee client and/or third party project plans provided.* Establishes testing procedures as required.* Ensures that tasks and operations are performed in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.* Documents and logs all work associated with assignments.Responsible for maintaining and establishing high levels of client service.* Responds to client requests and ideas and follows through promptly.* Resolves problems and concerns. Provides assistance, support and training to customers as required.* Ensures that programs meet client requirements and are completed on schedule.* Ensures that interactions with customers (emails, phone calls, other meetings) are clear, courteous and understandable.* Communicates as much information as possible to customers, including reasons for problems, project status, and deadlines.* Acts as a valued consultant and resource to customers.Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination and working relations with staff and with management.* Keeps management informed of significant problems and of progress attained in reaching established objectives. Provides* Recommendations to establish new and more effective measures for tracking and documenting projects and processes.* Assist with product and project support as needed.* Completes records and other required logs and project documents.* Attends and participates in meetings and phone calls as required.* Maintains documentation and instructions for CUTEK's products.Responsible for related duties as required or assigned.* Stays informed of changes in client expectations.* Assists other CUTEK team members as required.* Ensures that work area is clean, secure and well maintained.* Completes special projects as assigned.Qualifications* Minimum 2-year degree in technical services or related field preferred.
