We are looking for a reliable and responsive Level 1 Help Desk Technician to support our internal team and keep operations running smoothly.*Position Overview*As a Level 1 Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues across our dealerships. You will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, user support, and escalate more complex issues when needed.This role requires urgency, strong communication, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.*Key Responsibilities** Provide first-level technical support (in-person, phone, and remote)* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues* Set up and configure computers, printers, and user accounts* Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)* Handle password resets, access issues, onboarding/offboarding* Maintain clear documentation of tickets and resolutions* Escalate complex issues to senior IT support when necessary* Travel between dealership locations as needed*Qualifications** 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience* Strong knowledge of Windows OS* Familiarity with Microsoft 365* Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, routers, printers)* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively* Valid driver's license required*Preferred (Not Required)** CompTIA A+ or similar certification* Experience in a dealership or multi-location environment* Familiarity with ticketing/help desk systems*What We Offer** Consistent full-time hours + overtime opportunities* Competitive hourly pay* Growth path into Level 2 / Systems Administration* Stable, long-term role within a growing organization*How to Apply*Submit your resume and a brief overview of your experience. xijylhu We are looking to hire immediately.Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: In person
