This position is unique and requires a learned knowledge of our company products in order to assist our customers with technical product support.We are seeking candidates with a background in *laboratory work*, *chemistry*, and/or *biology*, as our products are highly specialized and serve clients within the *pharmaceutical *and *life sciences industries*.We are a pharmaceutical manufacturing company who deal in *containment solutions*. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking technical assistance and troubleshooting of our unique containment solution products. You will be trained on how our products work so that you can support and assist our customers when needed.We are based in Leland, North Carolina. We are a global leader in containment systems for laboratories, pilot plants, and manufacturing environments. *We design and manufacture safety containment solutions*.
