Job Description

*IT Help Desk Analyst*Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.The Help Desk Analyst provides first-level technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving issues both onsite and remotely. This role involves supporting hardware, software, peripheral devices, and core business applications to ensure optimal end-user performance.*Key Responsibilities** Provide first-level technical support for users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues.* Support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, laptops, and related devices, including installation, repair, upgrades, and routine maintenance.* Respond timely to user support ticket requests via email, phone, and in-person interactions.* Assist with new user onboarding, including creating accounts in Active Directory and deploying laptops/desktops, phones, and related equipment.* Troubleshoot problems in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner.* Provide end-user training and guidance as needed.* Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, including printers, phones, computers, laptops, monitors, and other peripherals.* Create and update documentation for IT processes, configurations, and procedures.* Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes.* Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.*Qualifications** Education and experience equivalent to a four-year degree in computer technology, information systems, or related discipline.* Strong hardware knowledge of Windows PCs, including installation, component replacement, and upgrades.* Solid experience installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading Microsoft Windows operating systems and related software.* Experience with ERP systems preferred.* Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment a plus.* Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams.* Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.* Excellent organizational and time-management skills. xijylhu * High attention to detail and accurate data-entry abilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.69 - $26.12 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
