You will provide the vision and remote management expertise required to ensure our infrastructure"”across all physical and virtual locations"”is a primary driver of efficiency and competitive advantage.Core Responsibilities* Strategic Leadership:?Develop a 12-24-month technology roadmap focusing on high-impact initiatives like?MS CoPilot integration?and?Azure optimization.* Business Intelligence:?Partner with leadership to leverage?SQL and MS Power BI, turning data from Bloodhound (Roydan CRM) into actionable insights.* Remote Network Governance:?Lead the strategy for remote workforce enablement, ensuring "outside" networks are secure and high-performing using?Microsoft Intune?and?WatchGuard.* Security & Compliance:?Serve as the primary lead for?PCI-DSS standards, disaster recovery planning, and quarterly Business Continuity testing.* Vendor & Ecosystem Management:?Oversee critical platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Bloodhound) and manage high-level relationships with MSPs and colocation partners.Candidate Profile* Leadership Experience:?7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated management or department-head role.* Strategic Mindset:?Proven ability to implement AI and automation to solve complex business problems.* Remote Management Expert:?A track record of securing distributed teams and managing hybrid/remote network environments.* Technical Literacy:?High-level proficiency with?Azure, Intune, WatchGuard, MS CoPilot, Power BI, and VPN (Cisco AnyConnect).* Education:?Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or equivalent professional experience.Preferred Qualifications* Certifications:?CISSP, PMP, CISM, or Microsoft Azure certifications.* Methodology:?ITIL or ITSM certifications are a major plus.* Experience:?5+ years of Remote Workforce Management and 3+ years of System Implementation.Why Join Us?If you are a strategic thinker who values documentation, security-first thinking, and a culture of constant improvement, you will thrive here.
