The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of heavy and highway construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating workforce and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, conducting on-site inspections, resolving issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role requires effective leadership and communication to meet project deadlines and objectives.QualificationsStrong knowledge of heavy and highway construction practices, standards, and equipmentProven capability in project scheduling, on-site workforce coordination, and subcontractor managementExperience with quality control, safety regulations, and permitting processesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges effectivelyStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with construction management software and tools is a plusPrior experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role in heavy/highway constructionExperience with Computerized Time Card/. xijylhu Job Costing SoftwareExperience with Survey/GPS will not required, is a plusA valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as requiredWe offer a competitive salary with comprehensive health benefits.
