This role is for a project in Midland/ Odessa and will responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will oversee labor, contractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate project teams, contractors, and suppliersMaintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updatesLead or participate in OAC, coordination, scheduling, and trade meetingsOversee daily site operations including mobilization, staging, security, construction, and closeoutMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient job siteCollaborate with the Project Manager to manage schedules, including 3-week look-ahead plans and milestonesCoordinate contractor performance to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standardsReview and manage project xijylhu documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, reports, schedules, etc.)Experience5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar roleExperience in K-12, higher education, or publicly funded projects preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredCompensation$120,000 - $145,000 + per diem
