Project Manager

Multi-Family Construction/Development Group currently seeking a Project Manager. This position will report to the Vice President of Construction.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractorsPartner with the Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposalsPartner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and managementWork with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and scheduleProvide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on timePerform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projectsQualifications include:BS in a Construction related field preferred.Multi-Family Construction required. xijylhu Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.Strong working knowledge of Excel and WordStrong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills
