The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a comprehensive understanding of various operating systems and networking concepts.*Responsibilities** Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer management, desktop support, and IT infrastructure.* Assist users with VPN connectivity, firewall configurations, and LAN troubleshooting.* Utilize help desk tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Autotask and manage support tickets efficiently.* Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve application-related issues promptly.* Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure they are informed about the status of their requests.* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.* Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference.*Skills** Proficient in technical support practices with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and its applications.* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols.* Experience in IT support roles with a focus on desktop support.* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.* Experience with operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux is highly desirable.* Familiarity with help desk software such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or Autotask is a plus.
