System Engineer

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining reliable, day-to-day technology operations for our clients. You will work with modern platforms, advanced cloud environments, and a collaborative team of experienced Systems Engineers.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of system architecture, cloud security, and the applications commonly used by law firms and corporate legal organizations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow and expand your technical expertise in a fast-paced, client-focused, and support-driven environment.*Key Responsibilities: ** Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and other office technology* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory* Support network domains and address basic networking issues* Assist clients via phone, email, or remote support in a clear, professional manner* Provide guidance and training on software applications as needed* Collaborate with the IT team to maintain, support, and enhance IT infrastructure* Assist with IT projects, including planning, deployment, upgrades, and coordination with internal teams or third-party vendors* Perform additional duties as assigned*Requirements** Strong foundational IT knowledge (CompTIA A+ level or equivalent experience)* Experience working with Windows desktop and server environments* Proficiency with Active Directory and domain xijylhu management* Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, DHCP, IP addressing, etc.)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing situations* Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issuesJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: Hybrid remote in Little Elm, TX 75068
