We're a friendly, collaborative team that values learning, dependability, and customer service.*About the Role*We're looking for an IT Team Lead who can provide support, assist with escalations, and help guide a small team of technicians. This is a hands-on role with a mix of technical work, ticket management, and team coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership in a friendly, fast-paced MSP environment.*What You'll Do*Technical Support* Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, servers, networks, and common MSP-managed environments* Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians* Monitor the ticket queue, prioritize work, and help keep SLAs on track* Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharingTeam Leadership* Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to junior techs* Promote a collaborative and positive team environment* Assist in delegating tasks and ensuring smooth daily operationsProjects* Participate in deployments, upgrades, and hospitality-focused installations* Assist with procurement, scheduling, and client communications* Support project execution in coordination with senior staff*What We're Looking For** 5+ years in an IT support or MSP environment, including 1-2 years in a senior technician role* Experience mentoring or supporting junior technicians, or a leadership role in a non-work related setting* Strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, firewalls, VPNs, cybersecurity and common MSP tools (RMM, PSA, etc)* A problem-solver with robust troubleshooting skills, takes ownership of issues and projects* A personable communicator who likes helping others* A desire to grow, learn, and lead* Familiarity with hospitality IT is a plus* Ability to lift 30 lbs* Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work (projects or emergencies)* Associates or bachelor's degree in IT or a tech-related field preferred* Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Azure Fundamentals*Why Work Here** Work on diverse and interesting projects, no two days feel the same* A springboard to a leadership role* Opportunities for rapid career development in a fast-growing organization* Our hospitality-focused clients are friendly and appreciative* We're building a great team, and your ideas and opinions shape how we all grow*Benefits** Competitive salary with the opportunity for an annual performance bonus* Medical Insurance Reimbursement Plan* Vacation / PTO* Opportunities for ongoing learning and advancementJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time offApplication Question(s):* Do you have experience leading a team or supervising others? xijylhu * Do you have a SOLID understanding of firewalls and networks, enough to troubleshoot major network issues?Experience:* IT support: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
